Most of our products are flat packed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. You can arrange to collect any of our items in person from our warehouse - Holmes Mill, Holmes Street, Rochdale OL12 6AQ.
Our other larger items are also well packaged and suitable for collection from our warehouse Monday to Sunday.
However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered we have some options below -
Smaller items can be arranged for delivery between Monday and Sunday by our specially selected courier services, available at an extra charge of £25.
Larger or multiple items that require two man deliveries are fulfilled by our approved couriers, Monday-Sunday depending on your postcode. This is for larger orders or any product that we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery.
An additional charge of £35 Will apply on all orders of large items which require home delivery.
We aim to deliver within 4 days of placing your order unless you have requested an express service.
Please note certain additional charges will still apply for some orders to Non-Mainland & hard to reach destinations i.e Ireland, south coast and Scotland, and for some larger furniture and mirror items to these areas.
Please also note that we can only deliver to ground floor accommodation. If you live on the second floor or above we will deliver to the ground floor only unless there is a fully operational lift.
30 Day No Quibble Returns*
We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means that you can return anything to us in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt, with the original packaging for a full refund.
We do not accept returns without the original packaging and all returns must be in an unused condition. Any items returned outside of these terms attract a repackaging charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount will be dependent on condition and the resale value of the item.
If the items have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract, we advise that you return the goods to us without delay.
To arrange collection of the unwanted items please contact AFN Home by phone or email, ensuring you quote any order reference, your name and delivery address.
*Any faults or damages must be reported within 7 days after delivery. We will always request you send us images of faulty items so we can assess whether a refund or replacement will apply. All enquiries should be directed to [email protected]
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or damaged in which case we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. If you are returning your goods because they are faulty or incorrect, no collection fee will be charged.
If you decide to return the items, with your own courier, and we receive the goods damaged whilst in transit, you are responsible for the costs of the damage that has been incurred.
If you decide to return goods to us after you have started to assemble them then you should de-assemble them to the extent necessary to allow them to be properly returned. However, if disassembly is reasonably likely to cause damage to an item please contact us for advice.
We aim to refund you within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us at our warehouse.
After inspecting the returned items, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card you used to make payment.
Any damages to furniture caused by the customer will be deducted from this amount depending on cost incurred to us for replacing/repackaging and overall resale value.
While we try our best to ensure your experience is nothing short of excellent, we regret, we're unable to refund any additional delivery charges, such as for specific day or next day delivery options.
